As I reflect on my journey from a curious engineering major freshman, looking to find my true passion, to a dedicated member of Alpha Kappa Psi, I'm reminded of the transformative power of this fraternity. I got the chance to meet a variety of brothers, full of bright, caring, yet career-driven individuals. The decision to pivot swiftly to finance, guided by the ethos of this brotherhood, propelled me into the realm of diligent professionalism while affording me invaluable opportunities to flourish as a collaborative leader.
The invaluable guidance from past leaders has undeniably shaped my career trajectory. As I embrace the prospect of joining J.P. Morgan, I attribute my readiness to the robust network of esteemed alumni who prepared me for the rigorous junior application season. Moreover, the unwavering motivation exuded by my brothers has been a constant catalyst propelling me forward in this journey toward career fulfillment.

Our brothers always have each other's backs and support one another through thick and thin. We believe that the relationships that we foster will help us build and grow connections to take us far into the professional realm. These connections go beyond the surface — when you become a brother of Alpha Kappa Psi, you become a brother for life and make lifelong friendships. Our alumni have stayed connected with each other long after graduating from LMU, and they often come back to visit the chapter and share their occupational endeavors with the chapter.
INTEGRITY
Our brothers always do what’s right and hold one another to high expectations. Moral and ethical standards are institutionalized within our organization, ensuring that every brother feels a strong and defined sense of principle. We pride ourselves on constantly furthering ourselves into becoming principled business leaders.
KNOWLEDGE
We value knowledge and strive to be the brightest we can be by learning from one another. We always strive to possess a wide breadth of intellect from both inside and outside the classroom. Expertise in each of our specialized areas is something that we aim to achieve every day by helping each other become the best version of ourselves that we can be.
SERVICE
Our brothers know the importance of serving the community and giving back to others. We dedicate countless hours towards helping the city of Los Angeles whatever way possible. The Psi Epsilon chapter has partnered with the Boys and Girls Club, Safe Place for Youth, Westside Food Bank, and many more organizations based in the city. Service helps our brothers gain a distinctive view of the environment in which they live in, and constructs a selfless attitude empowered to make a difference.

We share a common vision to always work towards improving ourselves, the fraternity, and the world around us. Our chapter is not only dedicated to doing whatever it can to help each other succeed in life, but also firm and determined in its aspirations to make the world and all of its living communities into a better place.
